Dr. Matt Zmurko is an orthopaedic surgeon for the VOC, with an emphasis in Spine Surgery. Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, he has been affiliated with the VOC since spring of 2007.
He received his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University College of Engineering in New Brunswick, New Jersey and his M.D. from the University of Maryland School Of Medicine in Baltimore. He served his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Wayne State University-Detroit Medical Center, in Detroit, and received a Spine Surgery fellowship from the University of Virginia Health System, in Charlottesville.
