
Dr. Gammons came back to Vermont in the November of 2004 to
join the team at the Killington Medical Clinic and the Vermont
Orthopaedic
Clinic. He started at the University of Vermont where he played
varsity soccer and enjoyed aggressive alpine skiing.
Dr. Gammons
went to medical school at Ross University School of Medicine
and finished his training at the Medical College of Wisconsin
with his fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine. While
in the mid west Dr. Gammons was the team physician or assistant
team physician for professional baseball, national amateur
football,
minor league hockey, and professional ballet.
A well published
and veteran speaker on topics of sports medicine, Dr. Gammons
brings to Vermont Orthopaedic Clinic his expertise on non-surgical
sports issues that will benefit individuals from all walks
of life. Dr. Gammons is also a Team Physician and Medical
Director at Castleton State College in Castleton, Vermont and
is Board
