Definition
Fibromyalgia means:
"pain in ligaments, tendons and muscles". It is a syndrome meaning that
the signs and symptoms may be found in other conditions. It is a not
a form of arthritis as it does not cause damage to joints.

the entire body. It may start localized to one area as in the neck and
shoulders then spread to other areas.

Causes
Stresses, illness, hormonal changes, trauma both physical or emotional,
Inappropriate exercise and poor posture may cause Fibromyalgia.
